TMR Global Resources Nigeria Ltd has launched its Nigerian branch in Mowe, pledging to stimulate the local economy through employment, infrastructure improvements, and accessible services across multiple sectors.
At the inauguration, the company’s chief executive explained that the expansion reflects a desire to reinvest knowledge and experience gained abroad into domestic development. The firm already operates internationally across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Operations in Nigeria will revolve around three primary divisions—real estate, oil and gas, and legal services—alongside a vehicle import and dealership arm. The property unit will assist individuals facing financing challenges to complete building projects while also helping clients acquire homes.
The company also plans to serve Nigerians living overseas who seek trusted partners to manage construction or property investments locally, positioning itself as a bridge between diaspora capital and domestic opportunities.
In the energy segment, the firm has established a gas supply operation aimed at improving availability and lowering costs for residents. Management said the service would run continuously, supported by logistics networks capable of delivering products both within and beyond the immediate community.
The vehicle division will focus on importing cars at competitive prices, operating on minimal profit margins to widen access to ownership. Executives stated that the strategy prioritises affordability and rapid turnover.
Beyond commercial services, the company has begun contributing to community development, including installing street lighting and supporting improvements to electricity infrastructure. Management also pledged to prioritise local hiring as operations expand.
With all departments now active, the firm says it intends to scale services nationwide while maintaining strong community engagement at its base in Ogun State.
