Dangote Commends NPA’s Role in Crude Oil Sales Policy, Donates Bus to Support Operations

The President and Chief Executive Officer of Dangote Industries Limited, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, has applauded the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) for its effective coordination in implementing the Federal Government’s policy on domestic crude oil and refined products sales in naira.In a show of support, Dangote donated a brand new coaster bus to the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) Committee to enhance its operational efficiency.

The commendation and donation were conveyed in a letter signed by the industrialist and addressed to the NPA.“In recognition of the vital role assigned to the One-Stop-Shop by the President and Commander-in-Chief, and our commitment to the committee’s success, I am pleased to donate a brand new coaster bus to facilitate their daily operations. We believe this will further empower the team as they carry out their important mandate,” the letter stated.Dangote reaffirmed industry’s commitment to supporting the committee in ensuring the long-term success of the presidential directive.Meanwhile, during a recent visit to the NPA, Chairman of the Technical Sub-Committee on the policy’s implementation, Zacch Adedeji, praised the OSS team led by the NPA for ensuring the seamless execution of the initiative.Adedeji highlighted the OSS team’s dedication and patriotic service, describing their work as a pioneering achievement. He also expressed appreciation to all participating agencies for their collaboration in advancing the policy on local crude oil and refined product transactions in naira.
