In a bid to encourage Excellence in Leadership and engender competitiveness in Africa, The African Leadership Review, a Pan-African Magazine has celebreted top African leaders through its sub-ordinate, Excellence In Corporate Enterprise and Leadership Awards 2023, (Excel Africa) at the 2023 African Leadership Excellence Annual Summit held on July 7th, at Four Point by Sheraton, Victoria Island, Lagos with the theme: Transformational Leadership in a Changing World.
Excel Africa is an intiative aimed at celebrating selected African personalities and organisations who have made an impact on the development of African economy through their leadership experience in their field of endeavors.

The Awards selection was based on verifiable criteria gathered through voluntary disclosure and opening available data.
According to the organisers, the Winners would have made outstanding contributions to the development of the continent, the economic aspiration of it’s citizenry and the transformation of Africa’s image in the international arena.
Excellence in Corporate Enterprise and Leadership Awards (EXCEL AFRICA) was launched in 2022 by The African Leadership Review Media Ltd.
